As multi-business entrepreneurs, Mason and Daisy identified a need for a tax software solution that would simplify tax preparation, e-filing, and practice management for tax professionals.
Ross and Associates officially adopted its current name in early 2020, but the company’s legacy dates back to 1998, when Mason H. Ross Jr. first founded the business. Originally operating under a different name, Mason began his entrepreneurial journey with a mission to provide reliable, community-focused services in the financial sector.
Years later, Mason met and married his future wife and now business partner, Daisy Ross. With a strong background in finance and business strategy, Daisy brought a new level of expertise and vision to the company. After their marriage, she joined Mason as the official co-founder of Ross and Associates, and together, they expanded the business to include a wide range of professional services—most notably in tax preparation, consulting, and Pro-Tax Software Solutions.
