R&A Pro-Tax Software Solutions is committed to making our platform, training and business communications usable by every tax professional we serve, including those who rely on assistive technology.
New and rebuilt surfaces are designed against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is treated as a build requirement, not a post-launch cleanup task.
Navigation, forms, dialogs and portal workflows are reachable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
Text and interface colours are drawn from a single design token system with contrast targets applied consistently across light and dark surfaces.
Pages use semantic headings, landmark regions, labelled form controls, descriptive link text, and alternative text on meaningful images.
Motion is limited and decorative. Layouts reflow to small screens and to increased browser text size without loss of content or function.
Training recordings are published with captions and written summaries. Agreements and disclosures are provided in accessible PDF renditions.
- Some archived training recordings carry auto-generated captions that are reviewed before publication; corrections are applied through our media remediation queue.
- Certain third-party platforms reached from our portal are governed by their own accessibility statements and are outside our direct control.
- Historical documents supplied by an office may not meet current accessibility standards; we will provide an accessible rendition on request.
We review these limitations on an ongoing basis and prioritise remediation of anything that blocks access to an account, an agreement, or required training.
