Who provides what

R&A training versus third-party training

R&A is your service bureau. R&A is not the IRS, not a bank, not a tax-software publisher, and not an accrediting body.

R&A training

Operational training about R&A systems, R&A procedures, onboarding, support, and the software access R&A delivers to your office.

Software platform product material

Product documentation, release notes, and platform-run training are published by the software platform under its own terms. R&A does not reproduce them.

IRS material

IRS publications, e-file rules, PTIN and EFIN requirements, and continuing education come from the IRS. R&A is not the IRS and does not speak for it.

Bank material

Bank-product terms, disclosures, and training come from the bank under its own agreement. Approval decisions are the bank's.

Continuing education

R&A is not an accrediting body and does not issue IRS CE credit. CE must be obtained from an IRS-approved provider.

Resource library

Published R&A guides, procedures & checklists

Only materials R&A has published appear here. Third-party provider, IRS, and bank material is obtained from those providers directly.

Recorded orientation and workflow walkthroughs produced by R&A. The library is still expanding.

Training is part of your R&A enrollment.

Enrolled offices receive software orientation, onboarding guidance, office-readiness steps, and support procedures as part of the service-bureau relationship. Ask us what your office would receive before you commit to anything.
