By accessing or using R&A Pro-Tax Software Solutions, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all referenced policies.

You must be 18+, legally able to contract, and (where applicable) hold a valid PTIN, EFIN, and state credentials.

You are responsible for all activity under your credentials. Sharing logins is prohibited. We may suspend access for suspected misuse, non-payment, or compliance violations.

Fees are listed at point of sale. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or our Refund Policy.

All platform IP, training, documentation, and software are owned by R&A Pro-Tax Software Solutions or its licensors and are licensed — not sold — under these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
