We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, business identifiers including PTIN/EFIN, banking and payment details, tax data) and information collected automatically (IP, device, usage, security telemetry).
Sensitive tax information is processed under strict IRS Publication 4557 and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act safeguards.
How We Use Information
To provide and operate the platform, deliver tax software and CRM services, process payments, fulfill onboarding, issue credentials, comply with IRS/state regulations, prevent fraud, and provide support.
Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share only with vetted processors (payments, e-file transmission, cloud hosting, SMS/email delivery) under written confidentiality and security obligations, or when required by law.
Mobile Information & SMS Opt-In
When you provide a mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive operational, transactional, onboarding, compliance, and account-related text messages from R&A Pro-Tax Software Solutions. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never sold or rented. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties except subprocessors that deliver the messages on our behalf (e.g., our SMS carrier/Twilio) solely to transmit the messages you requested.

Data Retention & Security
Records are retained per IRS and state retention schedules. We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and continuous monitoring.
