Seasonal tax software licenses are non-refundable once transmitted credentials, IRS configuration, or production keys are released.
CRM & Subscription Plans
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will not renew. Pre-paid annual subscriptions are pro-rated only where required by law.
Training & Certifications
Training purchases are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no lessons have been started and no certificate has been issued.
Service Bureau & Onboarding Fees
Setup, onboarding, EFIN/PTIN assistance, and provisioning fees are non-refundable once work begins.
