CRM Subscription Terms

CRM is provided on a recurring monthly or annual basis until cancelled.

You retain ownership of your customer data. We process it as your processor under our Data Processing Addendum. Upon termination you may export data for 30 days.

Either party may terminate for material breach with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, access ends and data is purged per our retention schedule.
