Partner Program Terms

Partners operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or franchisees of R&A Pro-Tax Software Solutions. Partners may not bind R&A Pro-Tax Software Solutions to any obligation.

Revenue share, override commissions, and settlement terms are defined in the executed Partner Agreement. Settlements follow the disbursement schedule of the applicable bank or processor.

Partners may use R&A Pro-Tax Software Solutions brand assets only per the Brand Usage Guide. No unauthorized claims, trademarks, or impersonation of R&A Pro-Tax Software Solutions executives or staff.

Partners must maintain valid EFIN, PTIN, state credentials, IRS Publication 4557 WISP, and all required state registrations. Partners are solely responsible for their own client engagements and returns.

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Material breach or compliance violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
